Handy Man

I don't really like making cards for men, its so hard!

The image is Carpenter Joe from Tiddly Inks and is coloured with a combination of promarkers and copics.  The papers are arranged to look like pieces of wood nailed together with brads.  I am quite pleased with it afterall.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Celebrating a big one!

So its my boyfriends Grans 90th birthday next week so I made this little cutie.  I hope it does the occasion justice.

The stamp is from LOTV and is coloured with a combination of promarkers and copics.  The papers are all from stash and I think came free with a magazine.  I have made the felt flowers using the Spellbinders bitty blossoms dies, their first outing and I had so much fun with these.  Its also my first go with using Tim Holtz distress inks, I used Vintage Photo to edge everything and un-white the image background.
